Mark Palmer is currently one of only 129 window cleaners in North America and one of only five window cleaners in California to be certified by the International Window Cleaner Certification Institute (IWCCI) as a Certified Window Cleaner RR (CWC/RR) for ground-based route/residential window cleaning.

Mark Palmer is also certified by Ives Training & Compliance Group, Inc. as a Certified Operator of aerial booms and scissor lifts.

 Mark Palmer has also completed a Certificate of Training from Dalloz Fall Protection through Miller/Troll™ Training Programs for the completion of training in “Fall Prevention & Protection Competent Person I Training”
